APPOINTMENTS

Appointments are required and can be booked online .

If you need assistance selecting a service or don't see a day or time avaliable please text 206-880-0839.

ARRIVAL POLICY

Please arrive on time for your appointment.

A 15-minute grace period is provided. If you are running late, please call or text as soon as possible.

Arrivals beyond 15 minutes may require your service to be modified, rescheduled, or canceled depending on the schedule. Late fees may apply.

CANCELLATIONS & RESCHEDULING

Please provide at least 24 hours' notice if you need to cancel or reschedule your appointment text 206-880-0839.

Repeated no-shows or last-minute cancellations may require prepayment for future appointments.

PRICING

Prices may vary based on hair length, density, detangling needs, and the amount of time required to complete the service.

Additional services requested during the appointment may result in additional charges.

CHEMICAL & COLOR SERVICES

A consultation may be required before certain color correction, smoothing, or chemical services.

Results may vary depending on your hair's condition, previous chemical history, and home care routine. GUESTS

For the comfort of all guests and the safety of the salon environment, please limit additional guests unless they are receiving a service.

SATISFACTION POLICY

Your satisfaction is important. If you have concerns regarding your service, please contact me within 7 days of your appointment so we can discuss a solution.

REFUNDS

Due to the time, products, and services provided, refunds are not offered on completed services.
